RKEEN delivered professional event management services for ZA’ER during Hajj Conference & Exhibition 2025 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project was developed to create a strong, organized, and visually engaging presence within one of the Kingdom’s most important events related to the Hajj and pilgrimage sector. As a Saudi event management company, RKEEN provided a complete event solution covering concept development, event identity creation, graphic and 3D design, production, printing, lighting and technical solutions, hospitality and guest services, media coverage, logistics, manpower supply, and on-site management. The goal was to deliver a professional exhibition experience that enhanced ZA’ER’s visibility, supported guest engagement, and created a smooth visitor journey throughout the event.
