Lara Abou Salem
Account Manager
Lara has always been drawn to both design and people, which is probably why she naturally found herself between Architecture and Account Management. She enjoys shaping ideas, understanding client needs, and turning moving parts into experiences that feel seamless and well thought-out. At RKEEN, she brings calmness, collaboration, and a strong eye for detail into every project she works on.
Ghada Bajri
Account Executive & Digital Marketing Specialist
Ghada is the kind of person who gets excited about ideas before they even exist. With a background in Advertising Communication and graduating top of her class with first honors, she naturally blends creativity with strategy, always thinking about how people will experience, feel, and remember a brand. Passionate about hospitality, communication, and fast-paced environments, she brings energy, storytelling, and big-picture thinking into every project at RKEEN.

Hesham thrives in the part of the process most people never see, where planning, precision, and execution come together under pressure. With a background in Civil Engineering and project management, he brings structure and problem-solving into every project, making sure ideas are not only creative, but built the right way. At RKEEN, he’s the person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Senior Graphic Designer
For Esraa, design has always been about creating something people can feel connected to. Coming from a background in Applied Arts and Graphic Design, she combines creativity with intention to build visuals that are thoughtful, expressive, and memorable. At RKEEN, she helps shape the visual identity behind experiences through design that balances aesthetics with meaning.
Zeina Ramahi
Product Designer
Zeina has always been driven by curiosity, experimentation, and pushing ideas further. Her passion for Industrial Design led her to participate in major competitions, earning awards like the Audi Design Innovation Award 2022 and the Saudia Airlines Designathon 2023. At RKEEN, she brings an innovative mindset into every project, combining functionality, creativity, and future-focused thinking to turn concepts into meaningful design experiences.
