RKEEN delivered professional event management services for Turkish Airlines during Umrah and Ziyarah Forum 2025 in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The project was designed to support a strong, organized, and visually engaging brand presence within one of the Kingdom’s key events related to the Umrah and Ziyarah sector. As a Saudi event management company, RKEEN provided a complete event solution covering concept development, event identity creation, graphic design, 3D design, production, printing, lighting, technical solutions, hospitality and guest services, media coverage, logistics, manpower supply, and on-site management. The goal was to create a professional event experience that enhanced Turkish Airlines’ visibility, supported guest engagement, and delivered a smooth visitor journey throughout the forum.
