RKEEN delivered professional event management services for TAWAL Corporate Event at Hajj 2025 in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project was developed to create a polished, organized, and high-quality corporate event experience during one of the most important Hajj-related periods in the Kingdom. As a Saudi event management company, RKEEN provided a complete event solution covering concept development, event identity creation, graphic design, 3D design, production, printing, hospitality and guest services, media coverage, logistics, manpower supply, and on-site management. The goal was to deliver a professional corporate event experience that supported TAWAL’s brand presence, enhanced guest engagement, and ensured smooth execution in a highly important event environment in Makkah.
