RKEEN proudly managed and executed the event experience for the Literature, Publishing & Translation Commission during their participation in Jeddah Book Fair 2025. The project gave the commission a strong and engaging presence within one of Saudi Arabia’s most important cultural events, offering visitors a smooth journey through thoughtfully designed spaces, branded visuals, hospitality services, and well-coordinated on-site operations. RKEEN’s scope covered the full event journey, including concept development, event identity, 3D design, production, printing, lighting and technical solutions, media coverage, logistics, manpower supply, and on-site management. Through creative planning and precise execution, RKEEN helped deliver a memorable exhibition experience that reflected the spirit of culture, knowledge, and innovation in Jeddah.
